Terms and Conditions

Enrollment and Payment

  • Enrollment in TrendsettersTraining stylist courses is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
  • Course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the course. We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or approved payment plan.
  • Enrollment is subject to availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Late fees may apply for overdue payments.

Course Content and Certification

  • The course curriculum covers topics such as fashion styling, trend forecasting, editorial and commercial styling, and building a styling portfolio.
  • Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a certificate of completion from TrendsettersTraining.
  • The courses are accredited by recognized industry bodies such as the Association of Stylists and Image Consultants.

Attendance and Conduct

  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and complete all required coursework.
  • Excessive absences or tardiness may result in disciplinary action or dismissal from the course.
  • Students are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner towards instructors, staff, and fellow students.
  • Disruptive, inappropriate, or unethical behavior may result in the student being dismissed from the course, with no refund provided.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Students may cancel their enrollment up to 30 days prior to the course start date and receive a full refund, minus any applicable administrative fees.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the course start date or for non-attendance.
  • TrendsettersTraining reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrollment or other circumstances. In such cases, students will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to transfer to another course date.

Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, including but not limited to documents, presentations, and recordings, are the intellectual property of TrendsettersTraining. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for any purpose outside of the course without written permission.

Liability

  • TrendsettersTraining is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to students' property during the course.
  • Students are advised to have appropriate insurance coverage for their training and future practice.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • TrendsettersTraining is committed to protecting the privacy and security of student information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  • Student personal data will be used only for the purposes of course administration, communication, and industry networking opportunities.
